Sand Management Permit Application

Included with the application is a Disclosure Statement. The Disclosure Statement is required to complete the application. It is necessary for the Board members to review so they may determine if they have a conflict of interest, and if they should or should not be voting on the application. Applications cannot be placed on an agenda until we have a complete Disclosure Statement.
